EPI Welcomes Two New Members to its Board
EPI is honored to announce the additon of two new members to its board.
Dr. Braimah Ampambire is Senior Director of the Center for International Water and Sustainability at the Desert Research Institute in Reno, NV and Senior Assistant to the President. In parallel, he also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada in Reno, NV and at the University for Development Studies Tamale, Ghana.Braimah received his B.S. from the University of Ghana; M.S. from Carleton University, Canada; and his Ph.D. from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Dr. Kofi Mensah is a retired Food Process Engineer/Senior Fellow residing in the Twin-Cities of Minneapolis – St. Paul, Minnesota with his wife Mrs. Akua Mensah. He spent his professional career of 34 years with Pillsbury/General Mills before retiring in 2013. Kofi is a member of the GhanAM Scholarship committee and was a recipient of its Presidential Award on the occasion of Ghana’s 60th Independence Celebration in March 2017. Kofi has a PhD (1979) and an M.S. (1976) in Food Process Engineering from the Ohio State University. He graduated with a B.Sc. (Eng.), with distinction, in Biological Engineering from the University of Guelph, Guelph, Ontario, Canada in 1974.
